Road Accident Help provides general information, advertising, intake and referral-related services. We may use information you submit to identify participating service providers who may be interested in contacting you. We do not guarantee that a service provider will accept or evaluate your matter.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this website or submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement directly with a licensed attorney. Do not send information you consider privileged until an attorney confirms representation.
Consent to communications
When you provide consent through the form, you agree that Road Accident Help and participating service providers may contact you by call, text message or email, including through automated technology, at the number or address you provide. The form uses ActiveProspect TrustedForm Certify to generate a certificate documenting the page, consent language and interaction associated with your submission. The certificate URL may accompany your lead information when it is delivered to participating service providers.
